Proceeds = shares × sell price − sell commission; cost = shares × buy price + buy commission. Net profit is proceeds minus cost.
What is the break-even price?
It is the sell price at which you exactly recover cost and sell commission — selling above it is profitable.
Does it account for taxes?
No. Capital-gains tax depends on your country, holding period and income, so it is not included; set that money aside separately.
